Senior Group Strength Classes (50+) in St Peters & Five Dock
Getting stronger as you get older isn’t just possible — it’s one of the most important things you can do for your health.
At EP360 Exercise Physiology, we run clinician-led group strength classes for people over 50 at our St Peters and Five Dock locations. Sessions are led by accredited exercise physiologists — not just gym instructors — which means every class is safe, progressive, and built around what your body actually needs.
If you want to get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in day-to-day life, you’re in the right place.

Our group strength classes are designed for adults over 50 who want to stay active, independent, and strong — regardless of their starting point.
You might be a good fit if you:
- haven’t exercised in a while and want to ease back in safely
- are managing a condition like osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, diabetes, or heart disease
- have been told by your GP that you need to do more exercise but aren’t sure where to start
- want the social side of group exercise — with the clinical confidence that comes from working with qualified professionals
- are recovering from an injury or surgery and are ready for the next stage
You don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to show up.
Are you struggling with maintaining your strength and overall fitness as you age?
We understand the challenges that come with getting older, which is why we’ve partnered with the Council of the Ageing (COTA) to introduce our transformative Living Longer Living Stronger program.
There are plenty of generic fitness classes out there. EP360’s group strength classes are different because they’re led by our accredited exercise physiologists — university-trained clinicians who understand how your body responds to exercise, especially if you’re managing a chronic condition or recovering from injury.
Do I need to be fit to join the group strength classes?

Can I join if I’m managing a chronic health condition?
Can I join if I’m managing a chronic health condition?
Yes. In fact, structured strength training is one of the most evidence-supported interventions for conditions like osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, osteoarthritis, and cardiovascular disease. We’ll factor your condition into your program from day one.
