My journey into the world of health and wellbeing began in the early 2000’s while working as a new commerce graduate in London. It was there I was introduced to the benefit of routine daily exercise and clean eating. These simple changes had a profound impact on my health, energy, vitality and wellbeing. My thirst for knowledge in this space was piqued. I promptly enrolled in an exercise and sport science degree in 2007. Upon graduation 2010 I was encouraged to peruse a Master’s degree in clinical exercise physiology.
